Interpol...

Nothing wrong with another Interpol track from their 5th album. Such an intriguing voice he has. I also noticed that whenever you hear this band, a lot of songs sound kind of the same but then they aren't. Hard to explain but you'll have to see for yourself and the only way to do that is to play albums. I suggest you start with 'Turn on the bright lights' 🎧 πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» Interpol - Anywhere

Sonic Youth...

The pioneer of so many music genres. I especially like their raw and pure sound, and that there is a female and a male voice. Never took enough time to appreciate them, until today. Here's a track from one of their amazing lp's. πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» Sonic Youth - Tuff Gnarl

Mark Lanegan...

I've been listening all day to this guy. His baritone voice is what makes it all so special. Album you should definitely check out: "Bubblegum" πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» Mark Lanegan - Sister

Don Caballero...

Some days ago I discovered another subgenre of Rock, "Math Rock". So basically it's all about the melody and rythm. Guitar plays atypical rythms. Which makes it interesting to listen. πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» Don Caballero - Railroad Cancellation

Ahkmed...

Another song I found from this "playlist that was brought by God himself". I ordered their digital album 5 minutes ago for about 4 euros. I think it's worth it, if you happen to like this band a lot, then I will put a link to their Bandcamp account down below. πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» Ahkmed - T=O Bandcamp.Ahkmed

Tangerine Stoned...

This is a perfect example, fine art piece, marvellous, pearl, whatever you want but it's the definition of Psychedelic Rock. Found this in a 5 hour long playlist on Youtube and it's like I found a treasure... Song after song you find goldies yet they're almost all pretty unknown. πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» Tangerine Stoned - L'urlo della strega

Cat Stevens...

Just another classic track. I find it very fitting for all things that are happening nowadays. πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» Cat Stevens - Wild World

Air...

A french electronic/ambient group is my most recent discovery. It feels like I got the best present ever for christmas when I'm listening to them. πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» Air - Cherry Blossom Girl

The Dead Weather...

A great sound, that's what this band has. Not a big surprise if you got members from The White Stripes, The Raconteurs and Queens Of The Stone Age in your band. If you like big fat guitar riffs, you'll probably like this. πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» The Dead Weather - Hustle and Cuss

Bronski Beat...

Just a classic track. Thought you might like it πŸ˜ƒ πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» Bronski Beat - Smalltown Boy

Slowdive...

If you know Slowdive then you can already imagine what this song would sound like... Ambient... dreamy... mysterious... warm... Simply beautiful. πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» Slowdive - Slomo

Prophets Of Rage...

A pretty new band consisting of members from Cypress Hill, Public Enemy and Rage Against The Machine. Just like RATM did, this band tries to open people's eyes by making strong lyrics. Pay attention if you don't know what I mean. All I know is that my time for the next weeks will go to POR. πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» Prophets Of Rage - Prophets Of Rage

Zapp...

Listen to this and tell me if it can get any more funky than it is right now. I cannot sit still when I hear this. I discovered 'Zapp' on Spotify while I was going through some funk artists. Definitely on my 'to do list' : check all the albums of Zapp. πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» Zapp - Doo Wa Ditty

Darius...

A nice track to play on a summer day. πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» Darius - Espoir

J. Bernardt...

Heard this song yesterday and I had to Shazam it. It was too good to let it pass. The artist plays in Balthazar, another band I like. Because Balthazar is taking a brake for a while some of the members started their own project. His album is pretty damn good. (released in june 2017) πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» J.Bernardt - Wicked Streets

Moby...

When the music is so strong you feel like you're in another world. This is what Moby's music can do with a listener. His album: Wait For Me ,  is an ambient album so that means it creates a dreamy atmosphere. πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» Moby - Wait For Me

Anderson Paak...

Groove and vibes is what this is. Amazing performance from A. Paak and his friends. I love the casuality the "no stress" vibe they all bring. πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» Anderson Paak & The Free Nationals...

Alice In Chains...

A song I've known for a while now. It's been some time I heard this song but since I had to make a presentation about Seattle, this bands hometown, I had to hear it again. I prefer the MTV unplugged version because those performances are more intimate and that's perfect for this song. πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”»πŸ”ΊπŸ”» Alice In Chains - Nutshell

Moaning cities...

A small psychedelic rock band from Brussels. I just love their sound. Moaning Cities - Vertigo Rising
